About Dr. Eva Peters

I am an organizational psychologist with a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources, specializing in mindfulness, well-being, attention, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Across my work as a researcher, educator, mindfulness coach, and startup co-founder, I bring a rare combination of scientific rigor, interdisciplinary thinking, and lived experience.

I’ve taught mindfulness and well-being at the university level for years, conducted research on contemplative science and leadership, and developed evidence-based interventions for students and professionals. Having lived and worked across Germany, California, and Singapore, I approach mindfulness through a multicultural, research-informed, and deeply practical lens.

My mission is to help people and institutions cultivate mental clarity, emotional health, and sustainable performance.

Why Mindfulness?

More Than a Wellness Trend: A Cognitive Skillset for Modern Life

Mindfulness is a scientifically validated method for improving attention, emotional regulation, resilience, decision-making, and interpersonal awareness. In an AI-driven world saturated with information overload and distraction, mental skills are not optional — they are foundational.

Whether you're a student, educator, leader, or professional, mindfulness helps you respond wisely to complexity, strengthen well-being, and operate with clarity rather than reactivity.

The course is very beneficial for both work and personal life. I’ve learnt so much during the 8 sessions that I have gained skills that I am not only conscious of but subconsciously do because of the regular practices and Eva’s clear facilitating.

I would highly recommend this course for any individual seeking to better their judgement and decision making in both their professional and personal life. "
